588 Darwin

Darwin is a black male about 1 1/2 years old and weighs about 67 pounds (he could use a few more pounds). He was picked up as a stray and taken to a small rural shelter in Northern California. No one came and he was there for over a month! Here is what the shelter had to say about Darwin: He is a handsome boy, cheerful, outgoing, playful and loves to retrieve, he is such a lovable boy, gentle taking treats, intelligent and knows the sit command, good-natured and easy going with a moderate energy level, he enjoys exploring and comes when you call, this delightful boy loves attention, sociable, happy go lucky, affectionate with a pleasant personality, with his love of games and exercise he will be an awesome addition to your active family, even though he is energetic he loves to just hang out with his human, Darwin does need to put on some weight and that shouldn’t be a problem once he is in his forever home. Darwin is already vetted and can go to his forever home.
