539 Buckley
Buckley is a 12 year old yellow male weighing 100 pounds. Poor Buckley was dumped off at a very small rural Central California shelter by family members after his owner passed away. We got the call from the shelter asking for help and we couldn’t resist. We are sure Buckley was very confused as to how he was home with his owner one day and on the cold concrete floor at the shelter all by himself. Buckley met his foster dog friends with lots of wags and happily trotted around the yard. He could use a little doggie dieting, a little less kibble and some walks around the yard would be best. He loves to be brushed and lay close to you. We realize Buckley is not the age most people are looking for but seniors like him are so grateful for being saved they give back everything they have and are well worth saving. “Saving one dog will not change the world but surely for that ONE DOG THE WORLD WILL CHANGE FOREVER”.
