394 Bea
Bea is about a 2 year old yellow female labby mix weighing 56 pounds. She came from a small rural shelter where surprisingly no one came for her so we scooped her up. She was very worried and scared in the shelter but now that she is out she is extremely happy, she still jumps on you but we are already working on that. She does need some obedience training but we recommend that with all our dogs, especially the younger dogs. She is learning about the crate and is potty trained. She knows how to use the doggie door as well. She met all her foster dog friends just fine but really seems to be more interested in humans at this point. She follows her foster mom everywhere and takes a nap when her mom is sitting down. She slept quietly on a dog bed all night next to the bed. We are sure she was someone’s pampered pet, she could lose about 5 pounds, so she would like to have humans that are around and devoted to taking her wherever they go. She is very good in the car. She will be spayed on Thursday and can go home after that. We will update you more as we get to know her.
