194 Ryder
Ryder is a 10 year old 70 pound yellow male who was surrendered to us with his housemate Frank due to a divorce (their owner could no longer care for the boys). Ryder and Frank live in separate foster homes and are doing very well with their foster dog friends and have adjusted to the big change in their lives. Ryder loves children and LOVES to play ball (but has to take it a little easy due to some arthritis setting in), he was a hunting dog at his previous home. He is easy going, mellow and he will follow you everywhere and just wants to be your friend and companion. This is our favorite age because they move in and are just happy to have a dog bed, new friends, love and attention. We have found that seniors are extremely grateful when rescued and are definitely worth every effort to save them.
