141 Koda
Koda is a sweet 1 1/2 year old girl weighing about 45 pounds. She is small and petite for sure. She rode well in the car on the way home. She was surrendered to a small rural shelter, mom is moving and couldn’t take her. She seems to be good with all her foster friends, walks well on a leash and knows sit. She is house trained. Koda is a play monkey with her fosters once she got to know them game on! The on button stays on for awhile until she gets the play energy out, she is extremely busy (as most young labs are) and likes to be in the middle of things once she gets to know you. She is timid upon first meeting both adults and children but she is overcoming her timidness. She is very smart and responsive, knows what “no” means. She is coming out of her shell and is a very fun girl, she just needs exposure to the world. She would do best in a very active home with a running partner, hiking, backpacking etc….for as active as she is though she doesn’t have much interest in playing ball. She is very sweet but very active!
