79 Randy
Randy is a ~10 year old 73 pound black male. Along with his partner, Lady, found his way to a rural mountain shelter when his owner passed away and the kids dumped their dad’s 3 dogs. The third dog is a Chihuahua which lab rescue did not get. Randy is a hoot! It’s the best word to describe him. He’s fun loving, full of life, happy as can be. He seems to have been well cared for and well loved ie. he thinks the couch belongs to him! And couch potato describes him part of the time. When there’s activity out in the yard, he’s right in the mix with the other labs and acting like a 2 year old. As with all dogs, he’d probably do best with another dog buddy since that’s what he’s been used to his entire life, but he doesn’t act needy so to the right home, we’d consider him as an only dog too. He’s just that kind of lab…the ‘go with the flow’…isn’t that why we all love them so much?
