622 Shade
Shade (Shay) is a 5 year old female lab weighing 70 pounds. Shade was tearfully surrendered by her owners. She was raised from a puppy and was their “baby” until they had human baby and now there is no time for Shade. They recently moved to a house with a patio yard and there is no room for Shade to run and play. She is an active girl and if you don’t want to play ball you better keep it put away, this girl is a ball fanatic. She is super sweet, happy, friendly and loves everyone. She met her foster friends with some happy wags and then went looking for the ball. She knows sit and down and minds well. If you are looking for an active companion then this girl is it! A home with small children would not be best since she might accidently run them over. Since Shade has been living with us she has really settled down and has a routine now. Shade is an exceptionally nice girl.
