506 April
April is a sweet 66 pound 10+ year old yellow female. We got a call from a valley shelter knowing how we love the seniors, and April confirms our feelings. She is house trained, crate trained(but doesn’t need it), knows sit, down, and shake. For an ol’ gal, she pulls on a leash because she wants to go! She is perfect in the car and jumps right into the back seat. She gets along with all her foster friends. She is one of our perfect seniors who go with the flow of the house. When we were trying to evaluate her at the shelter, she was busy collecting all the tennis balls in the exercise yard trying to get us to toss them, and when we didn’t, she played by herself. You can tell someone loved her at one time in her life, but why they never came for her at the shelter is their loss. She’s full of life, spunky for her age, happy, friendly, outgoing, and pretty darn cute! One note April will need a cat free home.
