Tug is about a 5 year old, 115 pound yellow male. He was picked up as a stray and taken to a small northern California shelter. It is a real surprise that his people did not come for him because he has obviously been well cared for and seems to be well trained. Though he’s still on kennel cough(doggie cold) watch, he has shown us signs of being house trained. He jumped right into the crate into the car for his ride home and he is very good in a crate. He knows sit and down and responds to both verbal and hand signals. He does need work on the leash, but for his size, he could be so much worse. Yes, Tug is a big boy, and even if he loses 15 pounds, he’s still going to be a big boy. But pound for pound, he’s got tons of love to give. The only thing he loves more than his people is his ball! Yes, he is a fetchaholic! He is new to us and once we spend some time with him, we will be able to update his bio if he’s still with us.
