289 Ben

Ben is a 65 pound, about 6 year old chocolate male. He was picked up as a stray with Poppy and we were sure his owners would come for him, but they never did. Likely a back yard dog, his coat is badly sun-bleached. From what he have gathered so far, he’s not had much, if any, formal training. Ben does have the happy-go-lucky lab personality. He’s friendly, wants attention, enjoys treats–which makes for a quick learner. In just the short time we’ve had him, he’s learning about the leash, learning sit and knows there’s a treat waiting every time he goes into the crate.
