201 Fletcher
Fletcher is about a 2 year old, 73 pound black male. He and his brother, Sparky, came from Nevada where they were left abandoned in the yard when their people moved out. How anyone could leave such wonderful, friendly, well mannered boys never ceases to amaze us. The local shelter reached out to us knowing we could find them great new homes. Fletcher and Sparky are in separate foster homes now and are doing very well. Fletcher may be house trained, sleeps quietly in a crate (but prefers being out of it), knows sit, walks very well on a leash, and has not yet made a peep. As he meets his new foster dog friends, all he wants to do is sniff and then romp around the yard. Fletcher is a mix, shelter thought border collie and a large lab…honestly, we don’t know with what, but he has a very calm, mature demeanor unlike a typical 2 year old lab…what a pleasure! As each day passes, we are loving Fletcher even more. He will make a great addition to a family who will make him a member of the family.
