200 Sparky
Sparky is about a 2 year old, 63 pound black male. He and his brother, Fletcher, came from Nevada where they were left abandoned in the yard when their people moved out. How anyone could leave such wonderful, friendly, well mannered boys never ceases to amaze us. The local shelter reached out to us knowing we could find them great new homes. Sparky and Fletcher are in separate foster homes now and are doing very well. Sparky may be house trained, sleeps quietly in a crate (but prefers being out of it to be with you), knows sit, doesn’t pull on the leash but is still learning where he should walk, and he is a very quiet boy. He is good with all his foster dog friends but loves to be with his humans. Sparky is also very good with his foster mom’s 7 year old daughter, he likes when she reads a book and talks to him. Sparky is a mix, shelter thought border collie and a large lab…honestly, we don’t know with what. Sparky has a very calm demeanor but also likes to play, he will sleep at your feet until you are ready to play or go do something. Sparky will make a great addition to a family.
