129 Drake
Drake is between 3 and 4 years old, weighing in at 73 pounds. He slept in the car on the way home from the shelter, where he was picked up as a stray. Someone lost a gorgeous boy we can tell you that. He knows sit and lay down, he is very eager to please and loves belly rubs. He LOVES to play ball and we are guessing he will love to swim. He is house trained and knows how to use a doggie door. He is good with his foster moms 7 year old daughter and all her dogs. He met the resident cat at the vet clinic and walked right up to it sniffed and turned around and walked away so we think he will be fairly easy teaching him how to live with a cat. Drake would do best in an active home jogging, hiking, camping, swimming, and lots of retrieving too. He is the type of companion you can take with you wherever you go he just wants to be with you. Drake needs a leader in his new owner and he is happy to follow the rules and is very obedient.
