Indiana Jones
Indiana Jones is about an 8+ year old 79 pound(could lose 10 pounds) chocolate male. Adopted from a northern California shelter last year and returned recently because the adopters’ young dog was too much for Indy. Really? If you know us, you know we love the seniors and Indy is the perfect gentleman! House trained, crate trained (but prefers the couch!), easy on a leash, loves car rides and short walks. He’s been good with other dogs of all ages including a 4-month-old lab puppy. He ignores cats and even got swatted by a sassy one at the shelter and he just turned and walked away! He’s good with kids but kids need to understand to be respectful…Indy has a bit of dysplasia and is tender and doesn’t like kids or dogs jumping on him. With his daily glucosamine and gabapentin, he has no problem going up and down stairs or hopping onto the back seat in the SUV. Indy is perfect and is just looking for a retirement home where he can follow his person from room to room and take an easy walk around the block.
