Batman is a black male labby about 3 years old and weighing approximately 70 pounds. He ended up at a small rural shelter as a stray, these days adoptions are rare at the smaller shelters. The shelter staff were guessing his family lost their home and were unable to keep him. He is house trained and loves to play with his foster dog friends. He is very happy, sweet, knows sit and shake, and loves to chase the ball around. He is very respectful and mannerly; he minds very well and aims to please. He is a rare one, his foster mom doesn’t need to crate him when she leaves home to run an errand, which is unusual with these rescue dogs especially at first. He hangs out on his dog bed and takes a nap while she is gone. Someone taught him some things which is nice, he could use an obedience class to help make him the best boy.
