754 Rylee
Rylee is about a 4-year-old 66-pound black female. She was picked up as a stray with her male buddy and taken to a rural northern California shelter. Owner called and said they were his dogs and said he would come get them. But he never came even after multiple calls from the shelter. It’s sad because Rylee is a sweet girl…I can’t imagine any dog being so bad that their owner wouldn’t come redeem them from a scary shelter! She seems to have had some training. She knows sit, down and kennel. Rylee is excellent in the car, riding on the back seat looking out the window. She greeted all her foster family’s dogs with wagging tail and started play bowing and zooming around the yard with them as soon as the dog introductions were done. She’s using the doggie door to go outside to potty so she is likely house trained. She does show signs of having been an outside dog, but that’s behind her and she’s loving her new temporary home in air-conditioned comfort!
