740 Ace
Ace is a 10 year old 64 pound light yellow male. During one of the forest fires last fall, Ace’s family lost their home and a rescue took in several dogs from the fire during the evacuation. Ace’s people decided they aren’t going to re-build and turned Ace over to the rescue. They contacted us for help and being the lovers of old labs, we were happy to help! Ace is like your favorite grandpa…a little slow, a little deaf, a little hard of hearing but has the biggest heart and the sweetest personality. We don’t know what he knew before he came into rescue, but he’s obviously a house dog and gets comfy on a dog bed. He is showing us he’s house trained, likes riding in cars and can still can jump in. Ace needs an easy going lifestyle with easy walks to loosen those stiff joints but our seniors need so little and give so much in return. We just found out Ace is good with cats.
