Zia is a one year old black female labby mix weighing 40 pounds. She was picked up as a stray and taken to a rural shelter where her time was up. Zia is super sweet, friendly, active, bouncy, happy, silly girl. She is house trained, knows how to use the doggie door, knows sit, and goes in a crate but not thrilled about it. She is a “foodie” and will help herself to anything edible on your counters or table so her new people will have to be careful about that. Zia thinks everyone is her friend, she loves to wrestle and play with other dogs so she would love to have a dog friend in the home to play with. Zia would be an awesome running partner. Zia wants a home where she is loved, cherished, and gets to be part of the family.
