Meet our sweet twelve year old girl Trinity, a retired search and rescue dog… Although we have trouble believing this girl is twelve, because she is so lively and full of curiosity!  When she and another were dumped at a local shelter because her owner decided he had too many dogs, she was only given two days to live.  The shelter didn’t think anyone would want a Lab her age.  We disagree, and didn’t think that a beautiful girl who gave her life to service should have her life end that way.  She is a DOLL.  She is lovely with people (although she unintentionally can not distinguish fingers from food, so being around small children would probably not be a good idea).  She is also great with small dogs and even excellent with cats.  Although her eyes are beginning to look a little cloudy, her sight still seems to be very good.  Trinity does have a little hearing loss, but most times, it’s selective hearing.  And she could not be more lovable.  There is nothing this girl likes better than cuddles and a good down-home massage and tummy rub!  Trinity’s foster mom loves her, and says she is “the sweetest dog ever” and not possessive of food or toys.  She also said she would not, however, qualify as a watchdog, as she is just too lovable!  If you are interested in letting Trinity live out her golden years with you, please contact Kris at forman_k@yahoo.com.
