Millie is approximately 1 year old and a bundle of energy and love. She tested positive for heartworm disease and is currently under going treatment.  Her activities will need to be limited for the next few months while the treatment takes effect. She is also on a weight gain regime since she was extremely thin when we rescued her from the shelter.  She has really settled in with her foster and is potty trained, crate trained, and knows how to use a dog door. Millie gets along with everyone dogs and kids, we aren’t sure about cats since her foster doesn’t have one. She walks very well on a leash and knows sit. She will follow you around and sleep at your feet or snuggle on your lap. She is very sensitive and responsive.  Millie is waiting for that special forever home, she is such a sweetie pie.
