349 Higgins
Higgins is about a 75 pound 9 or 10 year old yellow male. Higgins should really be called Mr. Easy because this boy is laid back! He’s new to us, but he had suffered with fleas and he still is healing from the insect infestation. He came to a northern California shelter as a stray, but as much as he loves to be handled and loved, he obviously had a loving home at one time. He was introduced to all his foster dog friends and said hi, came into the house and took a nap in his crate with no complaints. We are just getting to know him, but from what we’ve seen already, we know we are going to love him.
