292 Kira
Kira is a 9 month old purebred black female lab weighing 42 pounds. Kira came from a very small Northern California shelter. Kira is very much a puppy, she still jumps on you (we are working on that although that is a long term project in a young dog) and will knock small children over without knowing what she is doing. She is very sweet, eager to learn, and will need obedience classes to teach her how to walk on leash properly. So far no accidents in the house (but we are very vigilant in our potty training) and she is learning how to use the doggie door. Kira is a smart girl and loves attention, she will follow you everywhere to make sure she doesn’t miss out on anything. She met all her foster dog friends with wags and kisses and loves everyone.
