267 Brownie
Brownie is a large 10 year old chocolate male. Given up by a loving family when the youngest went off to college leaving his blind mom and Brownie to take care of each other. Reality hit that she was not able to give Brownie the walks and playing fetch he needs while living in a small apartment so she entrusted Brownie to us to find him a new loving home. He is house trained, uses a doggie door, obedient off leash, likes everyone and everything he meets including cats…he’s that perfect old man of the house! His owner told the story of when they lived in a house, they had chickens and Brownie would walk around the yard with chickens perched on his back! He is looking for a new family to help him get back into shape with short games of fetch or a meandering walk around the block but nothing too much for this guy!
