214 Duke
Duke just arrived he is a black male labby mix about 7 years old and weighs about 75 pounds. Duke came from a Northern California shelter where his owner dropped him off on his way to jail, owner got out of jail and never came back for Duke. Duke is a mellow guy and gets along with other dogs and likes to play ball. He seems to be house trained. He ignored the shelter cat which is always a good sign and he could probably live with a cat with proper introduction and training. Duke knows sit, down, and walks on a leash pretty well and is very well mannered. Duke is a sweetheart and loves to get pets and scratches, he will roll on his back for a good belly rub too. We are glad we rescued him he is very sweet and deserves a loving family. His foster mom is already in love with him, he is such an easy going boy and a joy to have around.
