409 Sprout

Sprout is a pint sized 2 year old black female. Weighing in at 38 pounds, there is probably something else in her background, but she’s such a love that we couldn’t turn her down. She was picked up as a stray at a rural shelter and no one came for her. She is tolerant of other dogs and she sniffed the kitties at the shelter without much interest. It does not appear that she’s had much training, but we got her to sit. She’ll need work on not jumping up, but taking a dog to obedience class is a great bonding experience for dog and his new person. She is brand new to rescue so we will update her bio as we get to know her better.
