341 Tugh

Tugh is a 9 year old overweight 100+ pound purebred chocolate male. At his most recent vet visit, his owner was scolded for giving too many treats and not giving him the exercise he needs. She realized since she is not in good health, she is unable to give him the exercise he needs. Along with an unfenced yard, Tugh has been a total inside dog only using the outside for potty breaks. He is an easy going boy who is good with kids and is good with other dogs both big and small. In his younger days, he’d trot down to the end of the driveway to get his owner’s morning newspaper. And when she was healthy enough to walk him, Tugh preferred to hold his own leash on walks. This boy is a character and has such cute quirks that it is easy to fall in love with him. He does need a serious diet and exercise regimen to get the extra pounds off him and when the weight goes, we know his energy level will increase. But right now, he’s a grade A couch potato. Tugh is definitely an inside only dog and will not like to wait outside while someone is at work….there are couches and beds to be held down inside the house!
